Hero Fincorp Ltd — sanctioned "used car" loan amount not received yet

I, yenireddy sudhakar, applied used car loan on[protected] and the amount was santioned and released on[protected]; repayment schedule was also sent to me, starts from 8-2-2018 which amounts rs.9387 per month .But the loan amount was not yet received. At the same time related personal were not responding for my phone calls.

Please release my loan amount
