I've bought Passion Xpro from the authorised dealer "Gautam Bikes" locted in Chandkeda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 5th July, 2016. After the first service, chain chukkar became loose and I registered the complain for the same in my second service, but they didn't resolve this issue. I've tried to convey this issue in all my services, but they never took this seriously and behaviour of the people working in this service center (Service Adviser) was very rude every time. There is no manager as well as management thing. I've asked them to replace Chain Sprocket Kit in my forth service, they said "do whatever you have to do". Last week, I was on the highway and suddenly chain broke. I felt down on the highway. I almost lost my life that day, but luckily God saved me. Next day, I reached the same service center but they still never took my complain and refused to replace the Chain Sprocket Kit.
FYI - My bike is still in warranty and will expire 5th July, 2017.
I've also registered the complain online by filling up the form on Hero's official website for the same, but I haven't heard back from them. Below is my complain number.
