Hero Motocorp — New splendor pro use lifeless part so its fall down in running bike and also mileage problem

I was purchase new splendor pro bike before one year, and now this bike is not giving milage afer proper maintenance and its part is also very lifeless its
Clip is break and battary cover is fall down and another cover is also same i was join this 3 time but its also have no long life so please improve your product and give me the proper suggestion about it because its high cost in your hero service centre
