Dear sir/madam,
This email is regarding an issue i am experiencing with services performed on my hero splendor+ which i purchased on 1st july 2016. From the very first service i was unsatisfied with the setting of the bike chain, maybe i was loose and i created and unsettling and disturbing noise which bothers me most of the time. During the time of my second service, i also mentioned the problem about the loose chain and chain cover. He assured me that he will look into it the issue. Even after the service the same problem was there. I asked the mechanic if he had done it properly. He nods his head in positive manner, even when i visited the service center for my 3rd service, the same problem persists. Everytime i mention this problem and everytime the mechanic just assures me that it's done. And now during my 4th service the directly told me change the chain as well as chain cover, earlier whenever i asked they keep telling me that issue had been taken care of. Then why all of the sudden i am suggested the purchase new parts for my vehicle which i kept telling to make sure of. Even though after 4 services, i am not completely satisfied with the services perforemd by the mechanics. I hope you provide me subtle solution to this problem, and will look into this matter seriously. I shall be thankful to you.
