I have bought Hero Splendor Smart 110 Bike on 2nd October 2016 and since after the purchase one or the other parts of the bike get damaged itself as i think now Hero use inferior quality of parts for the bikes and you people don't think about the Brand image and when ever customer reaches the service center there also you have to listen a new story.
I don't understand why a brand like Hero is doing like this or may be earlier it had collaboration with Honda bikes and now that has been breached so people are playing this game with the customer.
I want to get my bike replaced with the new one as it is in Warranty and I am not happy and satisfied with this bike as I think the model which has been sold to me has defective engine chassis brake and every thing and even the average also is not proper also and I have met with an accident due to brake as it does not work properly and this bike is risk for my life as even the side stand also came out and the battery also became low in 2 -3 months of continue usage.
Please get my bike replaced with the new one or else I will go too consumer forum as well as I will write about the worst and 3rd class service in all social sites and do understand that for me it is not possible to go to service center for all kind of parts damaged in every 2 days and it is a hard enarned money for me and you people are cheating customer and want to make money.
Please reply on this and also discuss about the quality of the parts used in the bike with the Quality team or if it is a china made product then also you can let me know as the reason for the poorest and cheap quality of spare parts and at any cost I want my bike replaced with the new one.
