Hescom — voltage fluctuation in residential area

There is regular voltage fluctuation in my house and area. Duet to voltage variation home electronic appliances are getting damaged. Our building electrician identified there is excess voltage in the line i.e 260 to 270 Volt. We have given request and complaint 3 times in Tilakwadi Belgaum centre but there was no response. Kindly resolve the issue on priority.

Respected sir/mam,
Am Rakesh Galatagimath from shindholli Belgaum
Am complaining about the electricity pole is on our site when we complaint that to nearest keb office they ask for money to remove the pole & replace to another place please see to this issue else I'll go to court
