[Resolved]  Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited [HESCOM] — Unreasonable rise in electricity bill

Good day Sir/Madam,
Our monthly average consumption of electricity from last one year is 128 units per month. For the month of November our electricity bill suddenly shooted up to 412 units (3124 rs).
When we had a conversation with bill generators or Bill collectors, they are saying the reason behind this raise is the bill was not given properly in the past months it seems. But i still don't know the root cause and technicality/logic behind this.
If they have piled up 20 or 30 units from last year to one month bill, it ends up paying our 200+ units in the slab of 7.55 rs/unit.
Even if a house is robbed of 10 units in the slab of higher price per month, It sums up to a big amount.It looks like a big scam to me.

Kindly Look at the attached report of one year readings/bills/payments and latest bill in which there was a sudden raise in units.
Could you please take a look at this and reply us back with the details and reason behind this
