nobody ask for copy of documents before offering a job... first they offere a job then they ask ... so this is something unsual

Even the FAX no. is correct, coz they know that you will never get a human voice to interact with over a FAX tune.
All these calls are diverted to Nigeria...!!! and they will ask you for personal information and RIP you off for a good amount.
