Respected Sir/Madam,
Even after complaining and calling personally several times at the HP office, my request for repairing the internal display error in my laptop was not taken care of.
We sent a mail regarding the same, dated April 18, 2016, in the reply of which we were asked to produce pictures of the bill and other necessary documents, which I did well in time (at least 1 month prior to the date when the warranty of my laptop expires). It has been a month and there is still no solution provided to me. Every time I make a call, the customer care executives delay the issue by saying that this matter will be looked into in the next 2-3 days. This is clearly an issue of internal damage but I was told by the customer care executives that this issue would not be covered under the warranty which is not true since I was told by the dealer that only broken and water damage will not be covered under the warranty, rest all issues will be resolved by the company.
I made the first call on April 18, and my warranty expires tomorrow but my screen is still not replaced.
It is a matter of disgrace for a company and a brand like HP that customer issues are not looked into. Was this information helpful? |
