[Resolved] Hewlett-Packard India [HP] — Laptop/i'm complaining about some facilities provided by laptop but i'm unable to use.

Sir, I have purchased my laptop [MODEL NO. 15-p077TX, SERIAL NO. 5CD4334NT6] last year. And I'm facing problem in connecting WIFI, and also the SPEAKERS are not working properly. And some software like X-CTU are not working in my laptop. So, I need to know what should we do directly take my laptop to any of your showroom or some technician from your company would check itself. Waiting for a quick response. Thankyou
