I registered a case of display on 20th of august. The case ID was [protected]. The repairman who visited at first ordered for a display back cover and the hing and on 20 th of sept. ie after 1 month the technician came and replaced those. But during that time of replacement the technician damaged my WIFI antina chord. The technician without even waiting for an hour to see if my laptop is working fine or not closed my case, though i informed him that some time for 15-20 min my laptop work fine. The problem again returned just after 30 min of service. i Called up HP and they told my warranty is over, but when I told them that it was my previous problem was not solved and how come you cloe the case without informing me, then they talked with supervisor and told me that my case was freshly reopened. When the new technician visited me he told that the previous technician wrongly fixed my display back cover and in this process my WIFI antina and video chord is dammaged. But Hp is telling that they will not replace. I want to ask you why ? Why will I not get replacement? It was your fault, faultof your technician and i will be punished for that! Isn’t it strange. I again called up HP care, they told me to mail Mrs Arunima Ghosh, but that also didn’t work. When I am calling HP they are telling me you will get it but they are informing service enter that i cannot get it. Today Service centre gave me an ultimatum, that if they do not get anything by tomorrow they will close the case.

The company is telling me that my part will be replaced but informing the service centre that the replacement cannot be given because my product is out of warranty and to close my case. But my question is firstly damage was done by HP and secondly it was done when product was under warranty. Is this justice???????? Was this information helpful? |
