I have purchased Notebook Part/Model no:Pavilion touchSmart Sleekbook 14-b157Tu Notebook Serial No:5CD3152588 laptop from HP showroom in the month of june and i had got a free voucher which i redeemed for a printer.My printer was supposed to be delivered till july end or august starting but it was not delivered.I am fed up of mailing thema bout my gift.I have also shared new address with them 2 months back but they are everytime asking me the address.This has caused me a huge loss and mental harassment.Because of this i had to purchase one new printer in my home.I want a compensation from HP worth Rs 2 Lakhs for harassing me since 4 months

Hewlett Packard — cheated

i had sent the necessary documents alongwith a DD of Rs. 1498 to extend the warranty of my laptop(15e016tx). unfortunately that claim was rejected. so accordingly they should return my document but they didnt yet. i am requesting them to return it from last two months but none of the supporter is responding.
