I am filing this complaint against Hexaware Technologies Limited for wrongful, arbitrary termination from my services effective 17th September 2026.
The termination letter issued to me is factually incorrect and fundamentally flawed, as it falsely lists my designation as 'System Analyst'. I have never held the designation of System Analyst during my tenure at Hexaware Technologies Limited. This demonstrates a severe lack of administrative due diligence and a manufactured narrative by the management.
Furthermore, I strictly deny the allegations of misconduct, non-cooperation, and exit-policy violations raised in the letter. The company has misconstrued my communications, falsely accused me regarding the Knowledge Transfer (KT) process, and wrongly invoked multiple sub-clauses of the Code of Conduct (5.B1, 5.B2, 5.B3, 5.B7, 5.B8, 5.C8, 5.D24) without conducting a fair, unbiased, and independent domestic inquiry.
No proper opportunity was provided to me to disprove these severe allegations in a formal hearing, violating the principles of natural justice. The termination is malicious, factually incorrect, and violates standard labor compliance protocols
