Hi Reach Broadband — Battery packs removed at my house community without permission leading to lack of internet when the power goes off

Battery packs are installed at every apartments and housing community to have backup for uninterrupted internet. Hirech technicians have removed the same without informing the users. This is leading to internet outage each time the power goes off. I have notified the [protected]@mithriltele.com and [protected]@mithriltele.com on Sep 9. From then there are multiple followups and so far there is no action.

This is causing huge issues as many folks work from home and we get disconnected from the meeting when ever there is power outage. Same while doing any imporant activities such as payments.

Please address this ASAP or provide refunds to all the tenantns.
