[Resolved] Hi Reach Broadband — Connection shifting

I have applied for shifting and already paid 1000rs as fee, but because of owner of the building in my location where junction box is fitted is not allowing technicans to proceed with the connection of cable from that junction box to my router in my home. My shifting is pending. The customer care is also not giving proper response in my issue. I have a subscription of 1 year plan which is wasting.
