It is to inform that the subject cited user ID belongs Hi Reach Broadband connection is customer of 5 Years and i have shifted to new area in Karimnagar Town. Actually my plan was to expire on 5th of July, 2022 and on inquiry with company executive, i proposed that i will continue my broadband services in new premises duly obtaining new connection after my shifting. But it is informed by the executive that same will be shifted to new area within a month period without any extra cost and renewed my connection. And i have remitted the amount by liquid cash and i have shifted to my new house (within Karimnagar Town) on 27th of July, 2022.
Since then I am approaching to hi Reach Broadband executives to initiate necessary action for shifting my connection to new area, but i am getting different individuals at every point of time and the same is pending without any suitable action which still pending.
I request the authorities to kindly initiate suitable action for shifting my paid connection within 24 hours or else my plan may be disconnected duly refunding my amount, at the earliest.
