Hi Reach Broadband — Complaint regarding Technical people

I'm completely dispointed and services provided by your technican in my area. I've wifi issue from paat two days, I've contacted the customer care support more than 10 times and raised a ticket in the app for 4 times. This useless technical people didn't contact me and didn't resolve the issue but they closed my ticket in the complainant ticket directly. I didn't have wifi for two days. Your people are useless and stupides. Don't even know how to behave with cx and finally I'll suggest my family members and friends NOT TO USE THIS HI REACH.
