Hi Reach Broadband — Customer service representative misbehaving

I am using hireach from 1yr n recently extended package.. Instead of 30 mbps speed it's only 1mbps every day i am complaining about the issue no one ever solved it from 2 months.. Today again when i called the customer service the representative say i wont give technician number nor connect to higher level manager he was demanding n shouting on me to go to ur branch directly n give complaint.. Then y is he n wat he has to do in customer service center...
Only because of this hireach internet my office work keeps pending, my son eating is delayed..
