Hi Reach Broadband — Frequent disconnections and very slow connection

For my 100 Mbps plan which costs Rs. 6600 for 7 months I never got that speed. Always I get around 10 - 20 Mbps. I tried contacting everyone, including nodal officer and several other guys from their side, I never got any resolution. I got adjusted with that speed after getting tired of raising complaints and callong them about it. Now from past 5 days I have internet only for 1 day. 1 hour ago the technician called me and informed that issue is resolved. When I got home and checked about it, the internet is not working. Connection status is offline in the hi reach portal. I begged for refund and informed them that any reasonable amount of refund is okay so that we can shift to another broadband service, they denied it. I never got the service I paid for and got denied for refund. I'm stuck with this now. Please help me.
