Hi Reach Broadband — Need a complete refund upon cancellation of subscription

Hi,
It's been two days since I got the internet connection and it hardly worked for hours. There is a frequent internet issue in these two days. As being a software engineer in IT and due to pandamic my job is completely working from home. In this situation i would expect a seamless internet connection. I'm not at all satisfied with the service or customer care. It's been 2 days I got the connection and need a cancellation and refund please. I don't see any terms related to any kind of refund on the website.
