Hi Reach Broadband — new connection issue

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

I have made the payment for the broadband connection on 13 of oct 2018. And the technician said that connection will get on tuesday i. E (17th of oct) but till now i do not get any connection and i have been trying to connect the technician through the customer care every day. Everytime i called the customer care, they are giving me the response that the technician will call me in 2-3 hours or team is on leave give me some time. I called the customer care atleast 4 times every day and they are giving me some or the other stories every day. I even asked them the contact of higher authorities and they are not giving me anything.

Please help me in this regard.

Hi Reach is one of the worst service provider, they loot people money and would not resolve connection issue, dont choose Hiraech broad band.
