I took your connection recently on 7th June 2021. I am frequently facing a problem of internet disconnection. Please find the below problem description.
Problem description:
Whenever power goes and come, Internet is not getting connected after the power comes and there is no power at all from ethernet cable when connected to computer. After 1 to 2 hours the internet is getting connected automatically. This is really interrupting my work and frustrating some times. Tried calling customer care and explaining the problem but still the issue is repeating.
Please fix this issue otherwise remove this connection and refund my money. I will go with other service provider... Was this information helpful? |
