There is no internet from June 6th. Have been reaching local service people as well as customer service care. So far no action taken. We are paying for 100 mbps to ensure I have good speed for my work but the speed I get is 2 mbps. My phone internet speed is much better than theirs. I have reached multiple folks but no action taken as of now. No proper response either.

Updated by kolluri mallik I asked customer service agents to call me almost before a week. So far, not even a call or an update. Pathetic internet, pathetic service, pathetic customer service.. not sure why they are even running a company with such clueless behavior.
