Hi Reach Broadband — Pathetic internet service, No customer service

I have taken service plan for 100mbps and paid in full amount for 6 months service which was a very big mistake trusting Hireach .. the service was delayed and speed was less than 30mbps and still is.. I was told to buy my own router to atleast increase the speed which I did trusting issue would be resolved . After several calls made -the response was not given properly. The customer service doesn’t respond to the query and hung up . When asked to refund so that I can atleast approach for other providers they don’t respond and say they have no refund policy . Even a single star of review is not worth it .. so far I had pathetic experience and is being given a hard time where my amount is been debited and no service is provided as promised .

The expected is 100mbps and the received is shown below in the pic . 5.8Mbps .
