Hi Reach Broadband — poor service

Address:Vanasthalipuram.Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana

I have internet connection for last couple of years. Last 10days i am facing network problem. Complined many times. Poor response from customer care and technicians as well. From last 2days no network and customer care people are telling problem will be rectified with in 2hours regular reply. Till date it was not restored. Pathetic situation.
