Hi Reach Broadband — Stealing of Internet data by hi reach employees | |||||
I took a new connection from Hi Reach Broadband in Hyderabad on 21st Feb 2016. My plan is 2 mbps speed upto 40 gb and 1 mbps thereafter. Since then the speed I have recieved is approx of 100 to 150 kbps daily. Now that I contacted customer care and the technician guys I was informed that my data has crossed 68 gb which is impossible. All i use is a single tablet so upon asking the technician the very obvious question of who could be stealing all my data I'm informed that it could only be the person who installed my line since only they had my user Id and router information besides me.. so I talked to him and informed his seniors but it seemed pointless.. 2 days later I will either have to recharge my plan knowing that I'm being duped orelse cancel the connection and lose the installation fee I paid for a scam.. I don't know what to do besides getting frustrated and lash out at myself for being stupid and getting thugged.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Taken 20 mbps plan on30.07.16 from hireach broadband pvt Ltd at karimnagar . Not activated till, 8.00pm on01.08.16. Poor customer care response. No action taken for solving problem. Requested them many times over phone to activate Internet account but in vain. Contacted their customer care also. But there was no response.
