They promise better internet service and bandwidth, however there are lot of disruptions and network latency observed. During weekdays their service is very poor and issues are not resolved for about a day or two. I have raised complaints multiple times without success. They close the incidents and say the issue will be fixed later.

I here by request a refund so that I can choose a different service hoping this county is a democracy and free will is respected.
