Hicare — non fulfilment of amc contract

Taken 2 years amc for pest control. Only one survive done so far. Next service due in the month of september however no service done yet. Only response i get is sorry for the inconvenience. Escalated to the supervisor but nothing done. Repeated calls are of no use as they don’t respond. I’m worried abt the health of my family due to cockroaches in my home. I’ll not recommend this company to anyone and plan to take it up through other channels to penalise them for breach of contract as my service is overdue for 2 months

Repeated calls to hicare is of no use. The branch manager at Bangalore Mr. Toufeeq called up to repeat the same statements sorry for the inconvenience and guaranteed a technician would come on Friday the 24 between 11-1.00. As usual I took a day off and waited no one came nor called to update. This is their sorry for the convenience. Spoke to one Mr Subhash who is the OM at mumbai. He has promised a technician would come today and do my service. So waiting and hoping the promise of service is kept. Else will be forced to follow with further actions
