Hicare — unresponsive, low quality of service | |||
Hi, We have taken pest control for bed bugs, after the first service i have complained thrice that the problem has not been resolved. Every time i was assured that it will be taken care of, but after that no one even called to enquire. After several complaints a person came to supervise, who didn't even provide the feedback to company after going back. Today the service was due at 9 am no one came till 11 am and didn't bother to call also. Very unprofessional behaviour. Quality of service and attention to concern is extremely poor.
