Taken 2 years amc for pest control. Only one survive done so far. Next service due in the month of september however no service done yet. Only response i get is sorry for the inconvenience. Escalated to the supervisor but nothing done. Repeated calls are of no use as they don’t respond. I’m worried abt the health of my family due to cockroaches in my home. I’ll not recommend this company to anyone and plan to take it up through other channels to penalise them for breach of contract as my service is overdue for 2 months

Repeated calls to hicare is of no use. The branch manager at Bangalore Mr. Toufeeq called up to repeat the same statements sorry for the inconvenience and guaranteed a technician would come on Friday the 24 between 11-1.00. As usual I took a day off and waited no one came nor called to update. This is their sorry for the convenience. Spoke to one Mr Subhash who is the OM at mumbai. He has promised a technician would come today and do my service. So waiting and hoping the promise of service is kept. Else will be forced to follow with further actions

    Hi team,

    I have paid 1985.5/- for pest control service from hicare pest control. They have scheduled service 2 times till now, first on 03-nov-2018 and 2nd on 08-nov-2018 but till now no one came in home and provided service.

    Company is not monitoring the service and not caring anything for customer support. My mistake was that i have prepaid the service amount and become a victim of careless service of the company.

      I booked deep home cleaning services. Quality of services provided was so poor that i felt i have wasted 7000 odd amount. Quality of manpower sent was pathetic. They didn’t know their job. Moreover they were not at all interested in doing an honest job. They left many areas uncleared. We had to tell them to clean particular area then they would clean.

      I gave poor feedback. I am not at all surprised that they didn’t give call back to know as to why have i given poor rating. It speaks volumes about organisations customer care. They are there to make money without providing services commensurate to the price they charge. They gave multiple calls to sell their annual contract before the work was executed but not after i gave poor rating.

      I deeply regret entrusting them with the job.

        Hi,

        We have taken pest control for bed bugs, after the first service i have complained thrice that the problem has not been resolved. Every time i was assured that it will be taken care of, but after that no one even called to enquire. After several complaints a person came to supervise, who didn't even provide the feedback to company after going back.

        Today the service was due at 9 am no one came till 11 am and didn't bother to call also. Very unprofessional behaviour.

        Quality of service and attention to concern is extremely poor.

          Order ref: 688638.
          This order was placed on 17 th july. The payment was made online.

          The service was attended on 21st july 2017.

          As the service was dissatisfactory a complaint service was registered to be attended today between 1 and 3pm

          No body turned up. I was not even informed that the service wont be possible today.

          So they have shown their cheapness. They took a huge sum and provided a pathetic one time service. And after assuring a complaint service, did not turn up.

          I want a full refund.

            Hi,

            I got treatment for pigeons done six months back- (spikes on two air conditioners). I was told that my AC problem will get solved and pigeons won't sit on it- Their representative- Mr Ajay Singh -
            (South Delhi Area representative) had come for the same. It's been six months- The customer care never calls you back in half an hour. They are overpriced, claim big services but it has been a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have already told three more people who wanted to get it done from them to NOT UTILIZE any of their services.
