Since the day i took AMC in July'22 we have been facing some or other issues. I have raised numerous complains which they try and resolve but, no guarantee as i need to follow up on those too.
The 1st service that they did not resolve my Cockroach problem. In fact, after them doing the service, I could see more cockroaches. I called them/emailed them, they say it will take 10 - 15 days for things to take effect. I waited for 20 days and still it was the same. I called them and they arranged for a senior guy but, that too was cancelled as the person didn't have time etc. It took them 2 -3 days to arrange for another visit. The guy came and it did help but, i had already given up.
The next service was due in Nov and its the same repetition. I select the date & time and again no one is comes within the time frame. They just keep on changing the visit time and we have to wait for a confirmation. We are working people, why cant you send someone within the time frame we have opted. Else, just tell us it will be anytime in the day.
I was supposed to go to office but, didn't stayed back as the visit was scheduled and its the same. The visit didnt happen when we wanted, and got a msg that the guy will come after 45 mins.. Seriously ????
Why should we wait and pay for this appalling service?
I wish to cancel my AMC and need a full refund as the service you have provided has given me a toll on my health and wasted my valuable time. Was this information helpful? |
