Dear Sir/Madam,
I had opted for Hi care cockroach control Annual plan w.e.f.[protected]Order No : [protected] ). Before subscribing for this plan I was given 100% Guarantee for cockroach control by the sales representative. As per the assurances given by the sales representative I had paid for the annual subscription.
However, the cockroach control provided was highly inefficient. Everytime I had raised the complaint, their technician would visit my place and do the gel and spray treatment and advise me to wait for 15 days for maximum effect of the pest control. But the cockroach issue was never resolved despite multiple complaints and gel and spray treatments.
In fact the cockroaches have grown more now. Cockroaches are roaming freely in the house. They are there in almost every utensil in the kitchen. They even go inside water filter and we have to throw filtered water because of the dead cockroaches inside the filtered water storage.
I had shared the photos and videos of the cockroaches freely roaming around on the company's whatsapp number and also on their official email ID. Despite of multiple requests the issue was never escalated and still far away from resolution.
After observing their dismal services and response I had requested them to provide full refund of the annual subscription since they failed to control cockroaches as they had promised during subscription ( email to [protected]@hicare.in dated[protected]. They responded on 17th July 23 and assured about escalation of the complaint, but I have still not received any revert regarding refund from your service management team. I have sent a reminder mail on 12th August 23 to which they conveniently chose not to respond.
Everytime I raise a request their technical team would visit. Perform gel and spray measures and asked me to wait for 15 days. This cycle has been going on since the beginning and the cockroaches were never control. Before subscribing cockroaches were limited to kitchen only now they are everywhere in the house.
They had lured me with false assurances and failed miserably to deliver what was promised. This clearly amounts to fraudulent business practices.
I request you to please take appropriate action against Hicare Pest Control services.
