Hidesign — Handbag | |||
Purchased a hidesign handbag from bangalore international airport. I noticed that the beading was peeling off and got back to the store within a week and they refused to exchange it for a better piece saying the bag was bought on a discount offer and so the best they can do is repair it. They refused to send it for repair too and asked me to go to the hidesign stores elsewhere which i did, but the repair has not been done to my satisfaction, bad looks old and bruised after repair, i called the customer care and placed a complaint, they said they would get back to me and that i send them pictures of the bag. It has been more than two days now and i've not heard from them. I am so disappointed that a good company handles customer complaints so pathetically and it's a shame they sell defective merchandise at a discount. Was this information helpful? | |||

Poor quality defective merchandise pushed at a discount and decieve customer like me who blindly trust brands and pick up merchandise without properly inspecting it, shame on them, and pathetic customer grievance handling
