[Resolved] Hidesign India — Chipping of hand bag bought from Indore Airport | |
This is with regards to the purchased of Hidesign Hand bag from Indore Airport on 21st May 2022. It was noticed that the handbag was chipping off like a rexine, leather bags never chip off rather they give a worn out look. I am highly disappointed with the chipping off. I am using leather bags of other brands as like damilano, but I have never encountered such problems. When I came back from indore the next day I have gone to Oberoi Mall Mumbai which is at Goregaon on 27th May 2022 and informed them everything. Then the bag was kept with them for getting replaced but it took almost 2 ½ months for replacing the same. When received the same the things was not as it should be it was a same hand bag which I have bought from Indore Airport .. I called the customer care manier time and placed a complaint, they said they would get back to me and that i send them pictures of the bag. It has been more than nine months now and i've not heard from you. I am so disappointed that a good company handles customer complaints so pathetically and it's a shame they sell defective merchandise at the outlet and at the Airport. Diminishing brand value but not long can they cheat customers! We would require immediately to replace the handbag at your cost. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 12, 2023 Hidesign India Customer Care's response Hi, kindly note, our replacement policy is only for 15 days from the date of delivery, the customer has dropped the mail to us on 10th January and we have addressed his issue and also we are checking with our repair unit, we will assist the customer with the repair based on the repair units confirmation.
