Hidesign India — an inferior belt put on sale - assured repair - after receiving the product back no response | |||||
I was shown a belt which i bought for around inr2000 which was an inferior belt the quality of the belt was not to the standards of a 2000 rupee belt. When i went back they said they can repair it for a cost though i was disappointed with the reply i said its ok, as i used it for some time. After assuring me a repair after 30 days they come back to me saying this cannot be repaired so i have to take it back, i asked them so what happens to the inr2000 i paid for this belt. No response? I requested them to either repair it or replace it or refund the money, i have not heard anything from them, i have sent 7 reminders to the customer service. They might think i will leave it at this or they are bigger than a customer complaint about a belt. I believe the potentials must be attentive to sale items of hidesign which doesn't live up to the price we pay to buy. If someone in hidesign is listening to its customer concerns please come back to me and rectify it or replace it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
