Dear sir/madam,

Greetings from an extremely disgruntled customer.

I love the brand hidesign... Have heard a lot about the brand & its promises...& have been a 'high spending' customer for this brand...

Now, starts the unpleasant surprise...

On the 4th feb, 2011 i had give a purse & a wallet for repairs on very miner problems of the zip & small wear & tear of the purse & the wallet... The purse was bought from the nariman point store & the wallet from shopper stop bandra (Mumbai)...

I have give them for repair at inorbit mall & the person handling the store promised a months time to get it repaired.
Today is the 16th march.. Its been 1mth 12days & i have still not received the purse & the wallet...

I have visited the store twice till now & the bag & the wallet has still not come...
I have been a loyal customer of this brand & really ashamed to face this trouble...

This incident has brought me a lot of discomfort with the brand... The unresponsiveness and unexplainable delay is upsetting me a lot!

With great regret i complain that the attitude of the brand is not appropriate and it is really humiliating to follow up/ visits regularly for such a small repair for my purchased product.

It is really surprising to note that a company of such repute has such irresponsible dealers/retailers.

You are requested to take up this matter and arrange for the some compensation for all the trouble that i have faced by visiting the stores after my work & getting no positive response form your end.

I look forward for your cooperation and positive reply.

And mind you, this is the last recourse i am taking...

    m not satisfy with hidesign brand.as i know that hidesign is a trusted brand bt m really 2 much disappoint with my hidesign product( handbag).as once its replaced from rajouri garden bt same issue occur again and again.the issue(colour faided/or pealing.it means the product quality is not good.as i also working in nokia care and i know how to maintain the product .bt i never xpect this bad result from hidesign bag which i purchase worth Rs-3995 on 21-may-2010

    dissatisfied with hidesign.and never suggest to purchase hidesign to any one.

      Handbag under warranty not being replaced

      I had purchased a bag from Hidesign Boutique in Bangalore in September. They promise a year's warranty. All the stitches came out within four months. They refused to replace the bag saying it is being used which is unfair because the bag is in warranty, I compromised on getting the bag repaired. Its been more than 40 days now and I have not got my bag back.This is a very serious issue because I spent rs.4000/- on it and this is the way...

      Hi am regular customer of hidesign .last week i visit to hidesign store in amritsar .the store manager of that store speak very rude language .she will start abuseing me i requested to seniors of hidesign plz change that store manger .and dont appoint any lady store manager.

      Hidesign — change in texture /colour

      bag bought on 12.7.08 ulrika burnished D/BRN at Rs.4395/- from M/S Vinnies Khan Market, New Delhi The colour and texture has changed making the whole bag a shame to carry.

      We take strong objection to misbehaviour at any given point with customers or within the organization itself. Thankyou for bringing this to our notice. The person in question has been asked to leave. But pls note this is an issue about an individual and does not reflect on other store managers women or men.

      Hidesign — delivery delays

      I have given hand bag on last month and now it has been taken 7 weeks approximately and now still they are telling that it has not been dispatched and they that it will be given in 2 days but now it has taken 5 days still they are telling it will take time bt i have an urgency in going to mumbai
      quality is fine but not good in repairs highly problamatic

        Reference my complaint dated 17.7.2010.
        It gives me great pleasure to note the quick response to my complaint. Thank you so very much.

        The store staff returned my bag which was a da milano bag.
        I was told they do not take job work of other company's bags. I do agree and respect company policies.
        I did not see the tag when i gave the bag on 5.5.2010. Since i have hidesign bags also, i thought it was a hidesign bag and gave it at your store.
        Needless to say had i been advised accordingly when they took my job order, i would not have given my bag nor made any complaints. Sorry about it.

          Please be informed that i had rendered a complaint for one bag (rami honey) in january’2009, the same was purchased from m/s indo arts& gems (dhoominal’s il bello) 8-a connaught place, new delhi-110001 and at present the bag is with the retailer.

          Inspite of repeated follow ups with the retailer (m/s indo arts & gems) and telecom with the dealer (m/s leather line) referred by the retailer, there has been no satisfactory response neither have they given any importance to the customer complaint. it is really surprising to note that a company of such repute has such irresponsible dealers/retailers.

          With great regret i complain that the attitude of the attended personnel is not appropriate and it is really humiliating to follow up/ visits regularly for an expense of rs.2900/- (rupees two thousand and nine hundred only).

          I am being forced to bring this matter to your good offices only after lodging a complaint on website of hidesign and written complaint to ceo - mr. dilip kumar thru registered post, sorry to say there is no response from them either.

          You are requested to take up this matter and arrange for the necessary refund.

          I look forward for your cooperation and positive reply.

          i totally agree cause i've had a similar experience wid hidesign .i'd purchased an olive green bag fromshoppers stop at inorbit .within a month the stitches gave way and d zip had some problem n the leather looked dull n boring .i gave it 4 repairs at their showroom which is at inorbit .they asked me 2 keep d bag 4 a month as it had 2 b send 2 pondichery 4 repairs.after 40 days wen i visited them 2 get my bag back i realised dat d zip was not repaired.it was still giving me problems . i was really disappointed cause after waiting 4 nearly 40 days it was still d same .i spoke 2 some senior n she assured me she will look in2 d problem n get it rectified as soon as possible . it went 4 repairs again n after 1 month i went 2 get my bag n d same problem persisted .d zip was not repaired nor replaced .its really sad dat a company o[censored]r repute is so callous wid its customers . worst part being d workshop is in pondichery n all repair work is done there. so every time there's a problem d bag disappers 4 a month . i'm sorely disappointed n i wud nevver buy a hidesign bag ever after spending 3000 odd on dat bag n barely using it 4 a month .please look in2 this matter as soon as possible . i would like a replacement of this defective bag or refund .wht ever is possible cause buying this bag has served no purpose except being at d pondichery workshop 4 over 2 months .
          I am agree with all the customers who have made complaint of hidesign becasue I have bought 3 times this expensive brand but all the time I got my money wastage. I had so much troubles that I will never come to get even a single product of hidesign. after all the mess when I made complaint to the hidesign website, I was assured that the executive would visit to sort out the matter but till date nobody has came. all the time I bought the bags and wallet from GIP mall, NOida.
