Hidesign India — Cancellation of order | |||||
I had purchased a bag on Hidesign website with order No. [protected] on March 20, 2017 . It was a Birthday gift for my sister. On evening of March 22, 2017 I have been informed that the bag is not available at their outlets. In view of the above, I request you to either provide the bag to me or compensate half the value to me as I had invested my time in looking for that bag and non delivery after receipt of full payment is a question on your brand credibility.
