Order placed on August 2nd. And since then I have ad to follow up multiple times with them to get an update on the shipment. On august 11th after my persistence they shared the tracking id for Bluedart. [protected]. The tracking on the bluedart website shows that it has arrived at the hub but when I contacted Bluedart, they mentioned that the shipment has not arrived and I have to contact the merchant.
I have been writing emails to Hidesign and calling them either of which have not been responded to. I have already made the payment in prepaid and they have not yet delivered. Was this information helpful? |
