I have purchased the bag online in their website and paid the amount upfront. I didn't receive the product on the promised date and hence I canceled the order as the order was not delivered even after 14 days of the promised delivery date. I had cancelled the order and asked the company for refund and it's now more than 45 days I didn't receive my refund amount. Inspite of sending emails and calling their customer care, None is responding. This is fraud company and taking public money and not giving it back.
