I purchased a black pair of shoes via your website but I have been going back and forth since I returned the product for only 2298 rupees. It's been a month. I have purchased a belt but due to size issue we have returned. Now we have returned almost one month back and have not received any refund .
We have called so many times to customer care for refund . Most of the time customer care dont pick up call.
We have mailed so many times but the reply is so lame " •Ongoing query: Apologies for wait, we will get back to you as soon as possible.: ; but no one called back.
Pls reply and let us know whether hidesign will refund or not.
