[Resolved]  Hidesign — Unsatisfactory customer service from your chennai phoenix mall staffs

I visited your hidesign showroom at velacherry on 30/03/2014 to purchase a bag. When i entered inside showroom there was not proper response from your staffs. And their response i felt humiliating me and i regret the customer service of your staff and i walked out of your shop. I request you to kindly have a strict supervision on your staff regarding customer service if this condition is unchecked then your company will be losing valued customers whenever i come from abroad i will purchase hidesign bag form you and i gift some bags to my friends also but this time i really feel very humiliating. Please change that 2 guys to improve your sale. I don't know that both guys name. Please provide the identity card to know the name of your staffs and i am very big fan of your hidesign but this time i fed up. Kindly do the need full Regards Rakhi mitra
