Hifi Clubs And Resorts — its a fraud company and not paying refund for my services

This is regards to fraud from hifi club and resorts hyderbad, whos webite is http://hificlubsandresorts.com/ they contacted me through call regarding club membership for rupees 20, 000 (Twenty thousand rupees only). Where i can get a membership in their resorts anywhere in india and they said they are starting their own resorts in hyderabad near gandipet in sep 2017. Along with that 21 nights stay by paying rs 1000 everyday when i stay, i liked that offer and taken a service from them.

Then i asked them to provide stay in coorg, wayanad, mysore, banglore not even single place they can able to provide the stay and when i call the resorts which was mention on their websites every resorts deny that they have any tie-up with them, since sep i have following with them that as this is fraud and i want refund, and till now none of the resorts open in hyderbad, they were unable to provide address for resorts.

I have been asking for refund they send me a cheque with cheque no _ dated 05/09/2017 with amount 20, 000/- when i deposited they didn’t go through they stopped the cheque, when i call them, they said same cheque deposit again, i have done same thing happen they again stopped the cheque. Later they said we will send new cheque i received a new cheque with cheque date 19/09/2017 cheque no _ amount 20, 000/- then he said our head office is not sending money don’t deposit orelse it will bounce, then after couple of days he said we will do online tranfser and received email confirmation also, but till now it doesn’t happen, every time i call nitin (Sales resprenative) says by end of the day it will be done but it wont. They again asked to dropped the cheque which i received 2nd time, i have deposited it didn’t go through, since aug they are just giving dates but nothing working on.

I also complain on consumer protection cell with complain no: 443345, they have asked me to send emails and wait, as we did not get any response from them and they asked me to get their office address do they can send notice, i went to their place as address was mention in their website, but when i went there is no office available, when i called they said they are shifted to madhapur but failed to give new office address, and consumer protection cell asked me to contact local police station/ cyber crime office as they are not present on the address available on the website.

I have transferred the amount from my wife’s rbl bank credit card on 11/07/2017 with transaction code: _,

Can some one please please help
