Hike Wallet — cannot withdraw money

Respected sir/madam my name is mahesh my hike number is [protected]. Recently on 03/12/2017 i had transferred a sum of 3400 to my hike wallet through credit card after that i cannot send withdraw this money and i can not transfer this amount to my bank account, the transaction had been done by me for my personal purpose, a fter that i ask to do somthing to hike suppot team but i didnt get any resolution, so please help me in getting my amount return please do needful thanking you sir/madam
