Hike Wallet — refund not received in wallet after an unsuccessful recharge

I’ve done a Jio recharge of ₹199 from my hike wallet and the recharge was unsuccessful. The message saying that the recharge was unsuccessful was also received immediately from the jio. The refund is not yet received since 2nd January 2018. I’ve filed a lot of complaints and received n number of tickets but still the money is not refunded. Further more there is no contact number for the customer care by Hike. It’s really disappointing and at the same time puts immense stress from the customer’s point of view to file complaints again and again and not getting suitable responses.
The transaction id is BR0000MLSPWE for Jio Number [protected]. I would also like to get the compensation for not getting the refund on time till today that is 10th April 2018. I am attaching various screenshots of the message received from Jio and latest tickets received from Hike. Thank you.
