Dear sir/madam,
My name is sharath m k,
My hike account number [protected], and i transferred sum of rupees 7050, through credit card, on 03/12/2017. After that, i am unable to withdraw/recharge this amount, when ever try to do withdraw/recharge, it show message like "this feature is temporarily unavailable". I raised a complaint in hike wallet app. They didn't response yet.
Please tell me how to take back my money.
And please find attached screenshot of hike wallet transaction details.
