Hike Wallet — wallet locked.10000 rs strucked

Hi,
I am using hike wallet. I have recharged 10000 rs to hike wallet on 6th jan 2018. But after recharging the wallet got locked and i am facing the error called "you cannot access your account because of suspicious activity". Now my 10000 gets strucked in hike wallet. Hike is not at all responding. I have given several messages. My ticket id is tk[protected]. Please help me to get my money back.
