Dear sir/madam mera naam khair mohd hai or mera account h himachal pradesh gramin bank nakrod me.. Mere account se 2005 rs deduct huye thy mene upi k through ek transaction kiya tha magar wo success nahi hua tha fail ho gya tha or balance deduct ho gya tha iske liye mene bank ko form bhi fill kar k diya tha or manager sir ne usko apne regional office me send kiya tha refund k liye magar one month se jyada ka time ho gya aaj tak balance refund nahi aaya..
