Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank — Dispute of refunds

I am not getting my refund.
I ordered a product on amazon but then i cancelled too. I did not recieve a refund even after cancelling the order. While the date of refund was 5th december. Amazon is showing that the amount is already added to your account, but i did not recieve anything.
