Himachal Pradesh University — B.ed examination form

Dear Sir,
I am Ranjit Singh and I am pursuing B.Ed from HPU (GCTE Dharamshala). Sir I have applied for B.Ed exams fourth semester (reappearing) on 17th August 2021 and paid the required fees which was deducted but my status shows application not approved and payment not done.
Sir, kindly advise what to do.
