Sir/mam I on June 3 2021.. filled online form for pg zoology entrance in hpu University..so firstly I paid 1050rs for both subsided and non subsided seat ..my first payment goes failed and after some time I tried again the payment and on second time the payment is successful..but my first payment which was failed also debited from my account.. means from my account payment is double paid..I paid through net banking SBI bank ..so please help me to get back my first payment i.e 1050 ..I called on helpline number which is not picking up. I on 15 feb, 2021.. filled online form for4th semester examination in Govt.College Solan which is affilated by HPU..so firstly I paid2000 late fee ..my first payment goes failed and after some time I tried again the payment on 18feb, 2021 and on second time the payment is successful..but my first payment which was failed also debited from my account.. means from my account payment is double paid..I paid through net banking SBI bank ..so please help me to get back my first payment i.e 2000 ..I called on helpline number which is not picking up.

Hi I just paid for recruitment vacancy having User id (Registration number[protected], Firstly I paid with HDFC Bank Money was debited but payment was not successful and after some time i paid again with my debit card and money again got debited and by the time my NET Banking payment got successful, Will I get a refund of the other debit card payment please help me out on this.
Payment was made on 27/01/2022.
